Hydroxychloroquine (5 mg/kg intravenously) is administered to BALB/c mice for blood and tissue to determine the content of Cletoquine (Desethylhydroxychloroquine). The tissue to blood concentration ratio (Kp) is ≥1, indicating accumulation of Cletoquine in tissues.
