23:2 Diyne PE is a biocompatible and fluorescent molecule composed of two quinoline derivatives and used as a diagnostic tool for cancer. Hydrogen atoms on the rings of the quinoline derivatives are replaced by deuterium atoms which gives it high resistance to light exposure and particle bombardment.
