Confirmed industrial routes are not available in open literature. However, industrial manufacture of furalane would probably follow the standard acetalisation process used for many 1,3 dioxolanes: furfural is reacted with ethylene glycol under acid catalysis, typically using a mineral acid or solid acid catalyst, while continuously removing water to drive the equilibrium toward acetal formation.
