[Description] Fmoc-PEG6-alcohol is a PEG linker containing an Fmoc-protected amine and a terminal hydroxyl group. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. The Fmoc group can be deprotected under basic condition to obtain the free amine which can be used for further conjugations.
[Uses] Fmoc-NH-PEG6-alcohol is a cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Fmoc-NH-PEG6-alcohol is extracted from patent WO2016030791, example comp 91[1].
