The synthesis of 7-oxa-2-azaspiro[3.5]nonane is as follows: (1) under the condition of an acid binding agent, carrying out a first cyclization reaction on the compound 1 and the compound 2 in N, N-dimethylformamide under the action of a phase transfer catalyst and iodo metal salt to obtain a compound 3;(2) Carrying out a second cyclization reaction on the compound 3, lithium aluminum hydride and a reaction solvent to obtain the product.
