Neuraminidase-IN-13 (Compound 10) is a neuraminidase inhibitor with antiviral activity and low cytotoxicity. Neuraminidase-IN-13 significantly inhibits NDV infection of Vero cells by preventing the release of viral particles from infected cells[1]. Neuraminidase-IN-13 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups. | [References]
