Remdesivir maleate, a nucleoside analogue with effective antiviral activity, has EC50s of 3.3 μM, 4.7 μM, 32 μM, 3.7 μM and 9.2 μM for SARS-CoV-2 and its variants alpha, beta, gamma and delta, respectively.
