TLR7 agonist 9 (compound 10) is an aonist of TLR7. TLR7 agonist 9 can be used for research of cancer and infectious disease[1]. TLR7 agonist 9 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
