[Uses]

Piridoxilate is a vasodilatory drug which protects the myocardium from ischemic damage.

[in vivo]

Piridoxilate (Piridoxylate; 120 mg/kg; i.p.) has protective action of piridoxilate against cerebral hypoxia in rats^[1].

Animal Model:	Sprague-Dawley rats with cerebral hypoxia^[1]
Dosage:	120 mg/kg
Administration:	Intraperitoneal injection
Result:	Enhanced resistance of these animals to hypoxia.
