GTSE1-IN-1 (compound Y18) is an orally active GTSE1 inhibitor with anticancer activity. GTSE1-IN-1 significantly inhibits cancer cell proliferation by inhibiting the transcription and expression of GTSE1, causing DNA damage and persistently inducing cell cycle arrest and cell senescence. In addition, GTSE1-IN-1 significantly inhibits the adhesion, migration and invasion of colorectal cancer HCT116 cells and non-small cell lung cancer A549 cells in vitro[1]. | [References]
