[Uses] Levonadifloxacin ((S)-(-)-Nadifloxacin; WCK 771) arginine is a broad-spectrum antistaphylococcal agent. Levonadifloxacin arginine has antimicrobial activity against methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus (MSSA) and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and reduces phagocytosis of MRSA and MSSA strains by monocytic THP-1 cells[1].
