2-((1s,4s)-4-Aminocyclohexyl)acetic Acid Hydrochloride is the cis form of 2-(4-Aminocyclohexyl)acetic Acid Hydrochloride (A175396), used in preparation of 2-(4-Aminocyclohexyl)acetic Acid. Also, it is an impurity of Ticagrelor(T437700), the first reversible oral P2Y12 receptor antagonist, provides faster, greater, and more consistent ADP-receptor inhibition than Clopidogrel. Used in the treatment of acute coronary syndromes (ACS). |
