A brilliant red powder with a bluish hue. Easily soluble in water, it exhibits a brilliant reddish purple color. It turns yellow in concentrated sulfuric acid and reddish orange upon dilution. The color remains unchanged when dyed at high temperatures (120°C). Compatibility value K = 3. | [Uses]
ASTRAZON RED 6B is suitable for direct printing on acrylic and acrylic fabrics, and also for direct printing on diacetate and diacetate fabrics. It produces a purplish-red color with a bright, fluorescent hue. It can also be blended with Cationic Yellow 4G to dye a deep red. | [Preparation]
