Sinigrin (hydrate) is a natural aliphatic glucosinolate present in plants of the Brassicaceae family. Sinigrin (hydrate) exhibits anti-cancer, antibacterial, antifungal, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities[1]. | [Purification Methods]
