[Description] DLPC, also known as 1,2-dilinoleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphatidylcholine is a phospholipid containing the unsaturated (18:2) linoleic acid inserted at the sn-1 and sn-2 positions. It self assembles in water and can be used to generate micelles, liposomes, and other types of artificial membrane.
[Uses] 1,2-Dilinoleoyl-sn-glycero-3-PC (Dilinoleoyllecithin) is a phospholipid. 1,2-Dilinoleoyl-sn-glycero-3-PC can be used in the manufacture of artificial membranes[1].
