Rutile, lanthanum neodymium is an inorganic pigment that is the reaction product of high temperature calcination in which lanthanum (III) oxide, neodymium (III) oxide, and titanium (IV) oxide in varying amounts are homogeneously and ionically interdiffused to form a crystalline matrix of rutile.
