[Uses] P2Y6 receptor belongs to the G-?protein-?coupled receptor (GPCR) family. PSB 0474 is a potent and selective P2Y6?receptor agonist (1,2). PSB 0474 has been shown to induce contractions of rat isolated intrapulmonary arteries in vitro (2).
[Biological Activity] Potent and selective P2Y 6 receptor agonist (EC 50 values are 70, > 1000 and > 10000 nM for P2Y 6 , P2Y 2 and P2Y 4 receptors respectively).
