胶凝剂的分子结构设计应考虑具有较好的抗温抗盐性能,胶凝剂的分子结构设计具体依据以下六个方面:
⑴ 在分子链上引入可增加刚性的结构,选用碳链高分子和在分子中引入可增加分子链刚性的环状结构,可使聚合物的热稳定性明显提高;
⑵ 在分子上引入大侧基或刚性侧基,可使聚合物具有较高的热稳定性。因刚性侧基的位阻效应,分子运动阻力大,聚合物溶液的表观粘度降低幅度较小;
⑶ 聚合物引入可抑制酰胺基水解的单体,可以抵消因分子链上酰胺基的水解抗温耐盐性能降低的缺点,可使聚合物的抗温耐盐性能大幅度提高;
⑷ 疏水基团的水溶性聚合物具有盐增粘效应,因此,在聚合物合成中引入疏水基团是改善聚合物耐温抗盐性的有效途径;
⑸ 聚合物中最好引入含有耐水解基团,来增加产物的耐盐性能。改性的丙烯酰胺类胶凝剂比较合适,因此采用耐水解的单体与 AM 等单体共聚可以获得耐温抗盐性能优良的水溶性聚合物;
⑹ 还可以在分子中引入对盐不敏感的基团来提高分子的耐盐性[3]。
