(i)叔丁基-(2-碘乙氧基)二甲基硅烷的制备 向搅拌的2-碘乙醇(17.2 g, 100 mmol)和咪唑(8.17 g, 120 mmol)的二氯甲烷(100 mL)溶液中缓慢加入叔丁基二甲基甲硅烷基氯(15.83 g, 105 mmol),控制加入速率以保持反应温度不超过30℃。加毕,继续搅拌反应混合物17小时。反应完成后,依次用水(2×50 mL)和盐水(50 mL)洗涤有机相,随后用无水硫酸镁干燥。减压蒸除溶剂,得到无色液体状产物叔丁基-(2-碘乙氧基)二甲基硅烷(28.0 g, 97.8 mmol, 产率98%)。 1H-NMR(400 MHz, CDCl3): δ = 3.83(t, 2H, J = 7.0 Hz), 3.20(t, 2H, J = 7.0 Hz), 0.90(s, 9H), 0.08(s, 6H)ppm。
