以化合物BB2-g（CAS: 1232365-41-1，4g，0.0143mol）为原料合成(3,3-二氟-1-(羟甲基)环丁基)氨基甲酸叔丁酯的一般步骤如下：在冰浴冷却下，向化合物BB2-g的无水THF（100mL）溶液中缓慢加入2M硼氢化锂溶液（30mL），随后将反应混合物逐渐升温至室温。反应混合物在室温下持续搅拌3小时。反应完成后，小心加入冰水和5％柠檬酸溶液淬灭反应，然后用二氯甲烷（DCM）萃取三次。合并有机相，用无水硫酸钠（Na2SO4）干燥，过滤后减压浓缩，得到目标产物(3,3-二氟-1-(羟甲基)环丁基)氨基甲酸叔丁酯（3.1g，收率91％）。
