向2-溴-4-氟苯甲酸（30 g，137 mmol）、碳酸铯（89.26 g，274 mmol）和碘化亚铜（5.27 g，27.4 mmol）在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺（200 mL）中的混合物中加入N,N'-二甲基环己烷-1,2-二胺（3.7 mL，23.3 mmol）和1H-1,2,3-三唑（18.92 g，274 mmol）。将反应混合物在110℃下搅拌过夜，冷却后，减压浓缩，并用去离子水（150 mL）稀释。用水稀释后的混合物用乙酸乙酯（300 mL × 3）萃取。水层用2N盐酸酸化后，再次用乙酸乙酯（300 mL × 4）萃取。合并所有有机层，用饱和食盐水（150 mL × 3）洗涤，无水硫酸钠干燥，过滤后减压浓缩。残余物通过硅胶柱色谱法（洗脱剂：石油醚/乙酸乙酯 = 100:1至5:1）纯化，得到4-氟-2-(2H-1,2,3-三唑-2-基)苯甲酸（18.13 g），为黄色固体。低分辨质谱（LRMS）显示m/z (M + H)+为208.0，与理论值208.0相符。
