在室温条件下,将硫酸镁(160 g,1.33 mol)和浓硫酸(9.9 mL,190 mmol)加入(2S,3R,4S)-2,3,4,5-四羟基戊醛(99.0 g,659 mmol)的丙酮(1.2 L)溶液中。将反应混合物搅拌12小时。反应完成后,进行抽滤,用丙酮(300 mL×2)洗涤滤饼。合并滤液,用25%氨水调节pH至7,此时有固体析出,再次过滤。固体用丙酮(150 mL×2)洗涤。合并所有滤液,减压浓缩,得到目标产物(3aS,3bR,7aS,8aS)-2,2,5,5-四甲基四氢-3aH-[1,3]二氧杂环戊烯并[4',5':4,5]呋喃并[3,2-d][1,3]二氧杂环己烷(Ib),为黄色油状物(128.0 g,产率84.3%)。
