步骤1:硝化反应 将2.21 g (16.7 mmol) 四氟硼酸硝鎓悬浮于30 mL二氯甲烷中。在回流条件下,缓慢滴加3.0 g (15.9 mmol) 2-溴-5-氟甲苯溶于30 mL二氯甲烷的溶液。滴加完毕后,继续在回流条件下搅拌反应混合物6小时。反应完成后,将混合物倒入冰水中,用二氯甲烷萃取。合并有机相,用水洗涤,无水硫酸钠干燥,随后在旋转蒸发仪上浓缩,得到黄色油状物。静置过夜,油状物结晶。过滤收集晶体,用2 mL戊烷洗涤,干燥后得到265 mg (产率6.9%) 目标产物1-溴-4-氟-2-甲基-5-硝基苯。产物经GC/MS分析(方法8,EIpos):保留时间Rt = 4.49 min,质荷比m/z = 232/234 [M]+。
