（ii）53c的制备：4-(4-甲基哌嗪-1-基)苯基硼酸 向53b（390 mg，1.52 mmol）和THF（10 mL）的溶液中，在-78℃下缓慢加入正丁基锂（0.79 mL，2.5 M的己烷溶液），搅拌10分钟。随后，在相同温度下加入硼酸三异丙酯（1.75 mL，7.64 mmol）。将反应混合物缓慢升温至室温，然后用磷酸淬灭反应。用饱和NaHCO3溶液中和反应混合物，随后用EtOAc（3×10 mL）萃取。合并有机相，用无水Na2SO4干燥，过滤并减压浓缩。通过柱色谱（硅胶，0-10% MeOH的CH2Cl2溶液）纯化残余物，得到目标产物4-(4-甲基-1-哌嗪基)苯硼酸（180 mg，58%）。 1H NMR（300 MHz，CD3OD）δ 2.32（s，3H），2.55（m，4H），3.03（s，1H），3.21（m，3H），6.69-7.59（m，4H）。
