向搅拌的4,6-二氯-5-硝基嘧啶（1.5 mmol）、一甲胺（0.5 mmol）、Pd2(dba)3（0.01 mmol）、R-BINAP（0.03 mmol）和碳酸钾（0.7 mmol）的甲苯（5 mL）溶液中，在氩气保护下于室温反应3.5小时。反应完成后，将混合物过滤并浓缩。残余物通过硅胶柱色谱法进行纯化，得到目标产物6-氯-N-甲基-5-硝基-4-嘧啶胺。
