向搅拌的无水MgSO4在二氯甲烷(DCM,25mL)中的悬浮液中依次加入多聚甲醛(0.56g,18.7mmol)和新蒸馏的苄胺(18.7mmol)。将反应混合物在室温下持续搅拌。反应完成后,通过过滤去除MgSO4,滤液在真空条件下浓缩,得到1,3,5-三苄基-1,3,5-三嗪烷粗产物,该产物无需进一步纯化即可用于后续步骤。最终产物1,3,5-三苄基-1,3,5-三嗪(9a)的产量为1.63g(收率71%),为白色固体,熔点为49-51℃。1H NMR(400MHz,CDCl3)数据如下:δ=7.41-7.17(m,15H),3.71(s,6H),3.47(br s,6H)。
