在0℃条件下,将N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺(10g,0.086mol)和三乙胺(13.2g,0.129mol)溶解于氯仿(130mL)中。保持搅拌,缓慢滴加丙烯酰氯(8.6g,0.094mol)至反应混合物中,滴加过程控制在2小时内完成。反应完成后,继续在0℃下搅拌30分钟。随后,用60mL饱和NaCl水溶液洗涤反应液两次,有机相用MgSO4干燥,过滤后浓缩至残余体积约为30mL。向浓缩液中加入乙酸乙酯/戊烷混合溶剂(14mL,体积比为1:3),并将混合物保持在0℃以促进N-丙烯酰氧基琥珀酰亚胺结晶过夜,最终获得70%收率的目标产物。产物结构通过1H NMR(CDCl3)确认,化学位移分别为:2.95(s,4H,CH2CH2),6.20(m,1H,CH=CH2),6.4(m,1H,CH=CH2)和6.75(m,1H,CH=CH2)。
