延胡索甲素为季胺类生物碱,是罂粟科紫堇属植物延胡索(Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang)块茎中的主要有效成分之一。现代药理学表明延胡索甲素不仅有镇痛、兴奋子 宫、抗心律失常等作用,延胡索甲素具有抗吗啡样作用,还可用于制备为戒毒药物。
延胡索甲素在无毒性范围内能够有效地抑制呼吸道病毒的复制,可进一步开发为治疗或预防病毒性呼吸道疾病的药物,具有广泛的应用前景。

Corydaline (12.5-50 µM; 24 hours) treatment inhibits EV71 replication by suppressing the COX-2 expression and the phosphorylation of JNK MAPK and P38 MAPK but not ERK MAPK in vitro.
Corydaline could inhibit the viral RNA synthesis in a dose dependent manner.
