步骤2:4,6-二氯-5-硝基烟酸乙酯(15)的制备 向冷却至0℃的4,6-二羟基烟酸乙酯(14)(40.0g,0.22mol)的浓硫酸(330ml)溶液中,缓慢滴加发烟硝酸(12.7ml)。滴加完毕后,将反应混合物于0℃下搅拌1小时,随后升至室温继续搅拌1小时。反应完成后,将混合物缓慢倒入冰水中,剧烈搅拌10分钟。通过过滤收集析出的沉淀,用水充分洗涤,并于真空下干燥,得到浅黄色固体产物15(38.7g,产率77.6%)。产物熔点为238-240℃。 1H NMR(300MHz,DMSO-d6)δ(ppm):8.22(s,1H),4.31(q,J = 7.0Hz,2H),1.29(t,J = 7.0Hz,3H)。 MS(ESI(+)70V)m/z:227 [M-H]-。
