b）12-溴十二烷酸乙酯的合成 在配备回流冷凝管和磁力搅拌子的100 mL双颈圆底烧瓶中，于氮气保护下，将12-羟基十二烷酸乙酯（1.65 g，6.7 mmol）溶于二氯甲烷（20 mL）中。依次加入三苯基膦（PPh3，1.93 g，7.4 mmol）和N-溴代琥珀酰亚胺（NBS，1.6 g，7.0 mmol）。将反应混合物在回流条件下搅拌24小时。反应完成后，使用旋转蒸发仪浓缩反应液，所得粗产物通过硅胶柱色谱法纯化，以石油醚/乙酸乙酯（5:1，v/v）为洗脱剂。最终分离得到12-溴十二烷酸乙酯1.92 g，收率92%，为浅黄色油状物。
