向4-溴苯甲醛(3.70 g,20.0 mmol)、碘化亚铜(CuI,380 mg,2.00 mmol)和四(三苯基膦)钯(Pd(PPh3)4,924 mg,800 μmol)的四氢呋喃(THF,60 mL)溶液中加入三乙胺(Et3N,11.2 mL,80.3 mmol)和三甲基硅乙炔(4.24 mL,30.0 mmol)。反应混合物在氩气(Ar)保护下室温搅拌过夜,随后过滤,并用乙酸乙酯(EtOAc,30 mL)洗涤固体。合并滤液和洗涤液,减压浓缩,残留物通过快速柱色谱法纯化(硅胶,石油醚,梯度洗脱至石油醚:EtOAc = 98:2),得到4-((三甲基硅基)乙炔基)苯甲醛,为浅棕色固体(4.04 g,100%)。薄层色谱(TLC)Rf值(石油醚:EtOAc = 4:1)为0.87。熔点为66-67℃(文献[7]报道熔点为70℃)。红外光谱(IR)νmax/cm-1:2960, 2899, 2832, 2733, 2159, 1702, 1600, 1563, 1412, 1384, 1303, 1251, 1205, 1165, 862, 842。1H NMR(300 MHz,CDCl3)δ:0.19(s,9H,Si(CH3)3),7.47(d,2H,J = 8.1 Hz,Ph-H),7.68(d,2H,J = 7.8 Hz,Ph-H),9.87(s,1H,CHO)。13C NMR(75 MHz,CDCl3)δ:0.3, 98.8, 103.8, 129.1, 129.3, 132.3, 135.5, 191.0(四个碳信号重叠或模糊)。质谱(MS,GC-EI):187.1([M-CH3]+,100%),202.0(M+,8%)。光谱数据与文献[7]报道一致。
