O,O-二甲基-N-乙酰基硫代磷酰胺性质、用途与生产工艺
化学性质
工业品酰化物是一种淡黄色或无色液体，相对密度1.27，在静置时固化。纯品m.p.50.5℃，分解温度154.5℃。常温下稳定，溶于丙酮、二氯乙烷、氯仿等有机溶剂，稍溶于水。
用途
O，O-二甲基-N-乙酰基硫代磷酰胺简称酰化物，是有机磷杀虫剂乙酰甲胺磷的中间体。
生产方法
其制备方法是以精胺为原料进行乙酰化反应。
将一定量的精胺和冰醋酸加入乙酰化反应釜中，搅拌并冷却到0℃以下，在微负压下滴加三氯化磷，控制温度在43℃左右，滴完后继续保温反应10min，在真空下抽氯化氢气体30min后冷却到15℃，滴加氨水中和，温度不超过30℃，使pH=6～7，静置分层，所得到的油层即为所需要的酰化物。
