乙酰基-酪氨酰-缬氨酰-丙氨酰-天冬氨醛 是一种有效的、可逆的、特异性的四肽白介素 1β 转化酶 (ICE) 抑制剂,对小鼠和人类 ICE 的 Ki 值分别为 3.0 和 0.76 nM。Ac-YVAD-CHO 也是一种 caspase-1 抑制剂。Ac-YVAD-CHO 可抑制成熟 IL-lβ 的产生。
