性状

白色到浅米色固体。

用途

3,5-二碘甲腺丙酸是甲状腺激素类似物，可诱导α-肌球蛋白重链mRNA表达，与甲状腺激素受体(thyroid hormone receptors (TR))结合，对TRα1和TRβ1的Ka值分别为2.40和4.06M-1。
