Beschreibung

3-amino-N-(phenylsulphonyl)benzenesulphonamide is obtained by treating 3-nitrobenzenesulfonyl chloride with benzenesulfonamide and subsequent reduction of the nitro group. It is used as a dye component. The use of the N-acrylsulfonamide in the polymerization of acrylonitrile has been proposed to improve the dyeing properties of the fibers.
