Beschreibung

A further alkaloid of the carboline type obtained from Pauridiantha lyalli Brem.,this base crystallizes from Et2 0. It has [α]D578 + 650° (c 1.0, CHCI3). The ultraviolet spectrum in MeOH has absorption maxima at 235, 284 and 347 nm.
