Verwenden
The ready-to-use solution is directly added to the hybridization mix. It prevents nonspecific hybridization in all types of membrane (
e.g., Southern and northern blot applications) or
in situ DNA hybridizations. DNA, MB-grade has been used in chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChiP) assay.
Note: Addition of NaCl, sonication or shearing, and denaturing are not required.
