Uses
Esprolol hydrochloride is an orally active and potent β-adrenergic receptor antagonist. Esprolol hydrochloride undergoes rapid metabolism by blood and tissue esterases to form an active metabolite, amoxolol. Esprolol hydrochloride is promising for research of exertional angina[1].
