Description
(S, R, S)-AHPC-PEG4-acid is a synthetic PROTAC linker that incorporates an E3 ligase ligand with a PEG4 arm to empower PROTAC drug research & discovery. It is reactive with amine containing molecule. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases the solubility of a compound in aqueous media.
