Uses

ML 10302 is a serotonin 5-HT4 receptor antagonist.

Biological Activity

Potent 5-HT 4 partial agonist (EC 50 = 4 nM) that displays > 680-fold selectivity over 5-HT 3 receptors (K i values are 1.07 and 730 nM respectively). Increases sAPP α levels in the cortex in an animal model of Alzheimer's disease and exhibits progastrokinetic effects in vivo .
