Properties and Applications
brown. Brown powder. In concentrated sulfuric acid to red light brown, dilution after brown. Alkaline reduction leuco for yellow orange; Acid reduction leuco for yellow. To cellulose fibre substantivity high, good levelness. Used for cotton fabric direct dyeing, reserving and coloring discharge, also can be used for silk and wool dyeing.
