순도시험

(1) 용상 : 이 품목 0.5g을 물 50mL를 가하여 5분간 혼합할 때, 그 액은 무～엷은  황색이며 탁도는 미탁 이하이어야 한다.

(2) 비소 : 이 품목을 비소시험법에 따라 시험할 때, 그 양은 4.0ppm 이하이어야 한다.

(3) 납 : 이 품목 5.0g을 취하여 원자흡광광도법 또는 유도결합플라즈마발광광도법에 따라 시험할 때, 그 양은 5.0ppm 이하이어야 한다.

확인시험

(1) 이 품목 1mg을 물 2mL에 녹이고 α-나프톨 0.1g을 에탄올(7→10) 100mL에 녹인 액 5방울 및 차아염소산나트륨용액(4～6%) 5방울을 가한 후 수산화나트륨시액을 가하여 알칼리성으로 할 때, 액은 선명한 적색을 나타낸다.

(2) 이 품목 5mg에 물 1mL를 가하고 가온하여 녹인 다음 수산화나트륨용액(1→10) 1방울 및 황산동용액(1→7) 2방울을 가할 때, 액은 적자색을 나타낸다.

정량법

이 품목 약 150mg을 정밀히 달아 질소정량법에 따라 시험하여 다음 계산식에 따라 함량을 구한다.

0.1N 황산 1mL ＝ 1.401mg N

정의

이 품목은 연어과 연어(Oncorhynchus keta WALBAUM), 고등어과 가다랑어(Katsuwonus pelamis LINNAEUS) 등의 정소(이리)중의 핵산과 염기성단백질을 산으로 분해한 후 중화하여 얻어진 물질로서 성분은 염기성단백질(프로타민, 히스톤)이다.

용도

milk protein gives a smooth feel to the skin. Milk protein is com posed primarily of casein, which is well absorbed by the skin and gives it a gloss and fine touch by forming a soft film. It has water-retention abilities in the range of 13 percent. Milk protein is obtained from milk. If it is hydrolyzed, it is broken down into smaller pieces and is referred to either as hydrolyzed milk protein, milk amino acids, or casein amino acids. Its constituents include the flavones silybin, silydiamnin, and silychristin.
