용도
Interleukin-10 from mouse has been used as a standard in ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) cytokine assay.Biochem/physiol Actions
Interleukin-10 regulates lymphoid and myeloid cell functions. It blocks the activation of cytokine synthesis and several accessory functions of macrophages. IL-10 enhances cytotoxic T cell development and co-stimulates B cell differentiation and Ig secretion.
