Description
4,4'-Bis(4-aminophenoxy)biphenyl is known to be a potent Flk-1 (VEGFR2) inhibitor. It is also known to strongly inhibit Tie-2, Flt-1, Flt-3, Flt-4, Ret, Met (c-Met), and Axl. 4,4'-Bis(4-aminophenoxy)biphenyl has been shown to weakly inhibit Ron, PDGFR, and Flg (FGFR1). At a low concentration in MPNST cells, 4,4'-Bis(4-aminophenoxy)biphenyl has been observed to induce inhibition of inducible and constitutive Met phosphorylation and the resulting downstream signaling, as well as inhibiting HGF-induced MPNST cell invasion and migration. It has also been observed that this product induces marked inhibition of Flk-1 (VEGFR2) and Met phosphorylation in cytokine-stimulated human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs).Related product price
