Description

3-Bodipy-propanoylaminocaproic Acid, N-Hydroxysuccinimide Ester is a fluorescent labeling agent that is amine reactive dye reported to be useful in creating green-fluorescent bioconjugates. 3-Bodipy-propanoylaminocaproic Acid, N-Hydroxysuccinimide Ester contains a seven-atom aminohexanoyl spaces between the fluorophore and the succinimidyl ester group. This spacer helps to separate the fluorophore from its point of attachment, potentially reducing the interaction of the fluorophore with the biomolecule to which it is conjugated
