p-Azidophenacyl Bromide is an aryl azide-based, sulfhydryl- and photoreactive crosslinker. It has been used to study the nature of the ribosomal binding site of E. coli tRNAVal. p-Azidophenacyl Bromide is also useful for investigating the active sites of other sulfhydryl enzymes, in particular those which possess a reactive cysteine residue at the active site.Related product price
