Description

Bohemine is a synthetic, cell-permeable, cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) inhibitor (IC50 = 1 M) that is structurally similar to Olomoucine and Roscovitine . Arrests cell cycle in the G1/S boundary and activates in vitro matured bovine oocytes either alone or in combination with Ionomycin
