Description
Cayman’s TMRE Mitochondrial Membrane Potential Assay Kit utilizes tetramethylrhodamine ethyl ester (TMRE), a cell permeable, cationic dye which accumulates in the mitochondrial matrix based on mitochondrial membrane potential (ΔψM). This assay, which is suitable for high-throughput screening, includes the mitochondrial uncoupler FCCP as a positive control for membrane depolarization.Needed but not supplied: Please download the kit booklet to verify if UltraPure Water (Milli-Q or equivalent) or any other components are needed for this assay.WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.More related product prices
