Description
Pulmonary artery endothelial cells treated with PEG-catalase showed effective inhibition of 20- HETE (hydroxyeicosatetraenoic acid)-induced increase in fluorescence. However, the experiment excludes potential nonspecific fluorescence of DCF (dichlorofluorescein).
