Description

Cayman's Multi-Parameter Apoptosis Assay Kit is a simple way to probe for multiple different apoptotic readouts at the same time. This kit employs FITC-conjugated Annexin V as a probe for phosphatidylserine on the outer membrane of apoptotic cells, TMRE as a probe for Δψm, RedDotTM2 as an indicator of plasma membrane permeability/cell viability, and Hoechst Dye to demonstrate nuclear morphology. The kit allows phenotypic characterization of multiple different cell death parameters at the single-cell level.
